Slow Flow

People ages 18 and up are welcome to join this all-levels Slow Flow Yoga class. Yoga postures will be linked together breath by breath throughout this practice, helping to guide you back to your calm center. Tools from Ayurveda and Yoga will be employed to help each student build flexibility, strength and resilience in body, mind and spirit. Instructor, Cassie Schwamb, will offer variants to meet every student where they are at on their Yoga journey. This class will provide a healthy, safe and sweet space for individuals looking to make time for authentic self-care.

This session will focus on the necessity of healthy breathing for our physical & mental health. Yoga asanas will be focused on supporting deep, full breathing and class will end with guided meditations.

Suggestions: wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and yoga mat.

Vinyasa Flow Level Up!

In this Vinyasa Flow Yoga class, more advanced asanas will be linked together breath by breath helping to guide you back to your calm center. Tools from Ayurveda and Yoga will be employed to help each student build flexibility, strength and resilience in body, mind and spirit. Although instructor Cassie Schwamb will offer variations on postures to meet each student where they are at, in this class we will explore more advanced asanas and meditations, so having a minimum of 6 months regular Yoga practice is recommended. This class will provide a healthy, safe and sweet space for individuals looking to deepen their practice of Yoga and meditation.

This session will focus on supporting our immune system by using tools from both Ayurveda and Yoga. Ayurveda is the sister science to Yoga, and offers guidelines on how to change our habits based on the seasons of the year and the seasons of our lives.

Suggestions: wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and yoga mat.

Multiage Slow Flow

Tools from Ayurveda and Yoga will be employed to help each student build flexibility, strength and resilience in body, mind and spirit. Instructor, Cassie Schwamb, will offer variants to meet every student where they are at on their Yoga journey. This class will provide a healthy, safe and sweet space for families of all make-ups to bond and spend time together, as well as any individuals looking to make time for authentic self-care.
